ULTIMATE DRINK GUIDE TO OGA'S CANTINA AT STAR WARS: GALAXY'S EDGE

Since Star Wars first appeared on the big screen in 1977, fans have dreamt of the day they could go to a Cantina and have a drink like Luke and Han Solo. At Star Wars: Galaxy’s edge you can make that dream a reality! Here are some to make your smuggler’s debut at Oga’s Cantina one to remember.

MAKING A RESERVATION

Oga’s Cantina is the can’t miss experience of Galaxy Edge and everyone will be trying to get in. That is why we highly suggest you make a reservation by using the Disneyland app or going to the Disneyland website. Walk-ins are sometimes accepted, but to ensure you don’t miss this amazing experience a reservation is your best bet.  If for some reason you cannot make it to your reservation, make sure you cancel it one day prior or change the time. If you do not cancel a day before or if you are a no-show, the credit card linked to your reservation will be charged $10 per person.

PREPARING FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE

The time has come when you finally get to go to Galaxy’s Edge and experience Oga’s Cantina and hear D.J. Rex play his tunes! Woohoo! You want to check-in with your entire party 15 minutes prior to your reservation in front of the Cantina. You only have 45 minutes in the Cantina, so before you enter use the restroom and take care of any other things you need to so your time in the Cantina is maximized.  Also, be aware that if you have a group of four or less you will share a booth or table with other guests. This is actually really fun because it adds to the overall experience of being in a Catina with characters throughout the galaxy.

DRINKS AND MORE DRINKS

Oga’s Cantina is fun for the entire family. The menu has loads of options that can satisfy any smuggler! Oga has a selection of drinks that don’t have any alcohol for everyone to enjoy. These non-alcoholic drinks like the Blue Bantha and Carbon Freeze utilize Powerade, lemonade, and even natural juices! For those who want a stronger drink, Oga’s Cantina has a selection of alcoholic drinks including beers and cider. Please note there’s only two alcoholic beverages per guest and they must be consumed within the Cantina.

There are some snack options that include Batuu Bits which is a version of trail mix. If you are hungry, we suggest you grab something more substantial at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo or Ronto Roasters because we wouldn’t want anyone to get hangry and turn to the dark side… Oga wouldn’t appreciate that.

If you do come to Oga’s Cantina before 10:00 A.M. be aware that the menu is different. However, during this time a few breakfast food items like Mustafarian Lava Roll and Rising Moons Overnight Oats will be available along with coffee.

Oga’s Cantina is a must-see for any Star Wars fan! From the drinks to the shady characters you might encounter, Oag’s is truly something special. If you are able to get into Oga’s Cantina and see D.J. Rex, let us know about your experience @provostparkpass or by commenting below. What was your favorite drink? Did you meet any smugglers?
